Archer Green is a mixed-income and mixed-use project located at the corner of 168th Street and Archer Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. When completed, the project will include 388 units – 10% of units at 40% of AMI, 40% at 60% of AMI, 10% at 80%of AMI and 40% at 100% of AMI. Unit Sizes will range from studios to three-bedrooms. The Project will also contain approximately 68,800 square feet of retail space, a 15,000 square feet community facility and two levels of underground parking. One level of underground parking will be reserved specifically for the NYPD. The Project will be Gold LEED certified, and it will incorporate solar panels and clean micro-turbine co-generation units; infrastructure that will not only improve energy efficiency but also ensure resiliency in case of an emergency.
