Chestnut Commons 14 Stories, 274 Units development is the largest public site designated since rezoning developed by Lettire Construction Corp. as General Contractor and B&V Contracting Enterprises, Ins as Drywall & Carpentry Contractor at the Dinsmore-Chestnut site. 

The development will exceed NYC Energy Code and Enterprise Green Community requirements by being designed and built to Passive House in compliance with NYC Active Design Guidelines to promote healthy living for residents.
