1911 Atlantic Avenue

1921 Atlantic Avenue will comprise 193,134 square feet designated for residential space with an unspecified number of units dedicated to senior and affordable housing. In addition to 44 enclosed parking spaces, 1921 Atlantic Avenue will have a large courtyard, a landscaped rooftop for residents, and a lounge. Four commercial tenant spaces will span 15,006 square feet, and 7,929 square feet will be allocated for community facilities.

Development of the project is the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, Housing Development Corporation, Dabar Development Partners, and Thorobird Companies. Factor Group is handling excavation with Monadnock Construction on the construction front & B&V Contracting Enterprises, Inc as Carpentry Contractors.
