The Carlyle Group and Property Markets Group have collaborated to build the mixed-use community in Brooklyn?s Carroll Gardens neighbourhood.

The development is taking place at 267 Bond Street Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Urban Atelier Group is serving as the project?s general contractor & B&V Contracting Enterprises, Inc. as Drywall & Carpentry Contractor
