B&V Contracting Enterprises, Inc. is committed to a zero-incident safety culture that engages employees to solve real-world safety problems using communication, training, and pre-planning processes. All B&V field personnel are required to complete a safety orientation, are required to have OSHA safety training, and complete safe training and all superintendents are required 62 Hour SST and Field workers minimum 30-hour OSHA safety training .
We use every opportunity to refocus and avoid complacency and promote a zero-injury safety culture. We lead by example and do everything in our power to ensure every employee on site goes home safely at the end of the day. It’s critical to the B&V culture that jobsite safety is always top of mind so that we reduce hazards and eliminate injuries.
We have a team of Safety Competent Person which visits is present on all jobs at all time overseeing site safety operations and support to our project teams.
